Family Night Peer Support Group
The Center for Grieving Children provides support through our Family Night Peer Support Groups to youth and caregivers who are grieving the loss of loved ones. Groups meet separately – youth gather with peers and caregivers gather with other adults.
Center staff and trained volunteers lead participants in discussions and activities that support the sharing of feelings, life experiences, and memories. The groups end with a brief candlelight commemorative ceremony.
