Club Programming Information

Due to COVID-19, program operations at our Club locations will operate a little differently than in previous years. To ensure the safety of Club Members and staff we will have limited capacity at each Club site. Please note that each of our Clubs may be operating a little differently so please review the section below that applies to your family.

We will be prioritizing acceptance with a focus on serving those youth who need us most during this time and may not have another alternative.

The following precautions will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19: youth and staff will go through a daily screening process prior to being admitted to Club, including a few brief questions, temperature check, and all youth and staff will be required to wear a face covering. As an additional precaution, we’ll be serving youth in cohorts to limit exposure and daily measures are being taken to disinfect areas used by Club Members and staff.  

Boys & Girls Club of Appleton – Learning Link Program (160 S. Badger Ave.)

Open to 5th – 12th grade students only

Following the Appleton Area School District’s decision to bring students back at the start of the Spring semester the Club’s Learning Link program will plan to provide programming Monday – Friday for youth in grades 5th – 12th grade from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm on days that youth are not engaged with in-person learning. We ask that guardians of 5th and 6th graders wait to apply until they are given their AA/BB Cohort assignments from AASD.

Breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner will be provided for youth daily. To better ensure the safety of Club Members and staff we will have limited capacity at this location.

Fee Information: $15, $40, or $125 per quarter depending on each family’s household income level in addition to a $15 annual Club membership fee.

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley – AASD School-Based Locations (Extended Day Learning Program)

Following the Appleton Area School District’s decision to bring students back at the start of the Spring semester the Club’s Extended Day Learning Programs will resume as a typical before and after-school program for students in grades K-6th on days that youth are engaged with in-person learning. This programming is available to youth whose home school is listed in the bulleted list above. We ask that guardians of 5th and 6th graders wait to apply until they are given their AA/BB Cohort assignments from AASD.

The Extended Day Learning Program hours will begin on Tuesday, January 19 (with the exception of Kaleidoscope Academy which will be beginning on Monday, January 25) with before-school starting at 7 am – until the school day begins and after-school from 3-6 pm, Monday-Friday. Breakfast and a snack will be provided to youth attending any of these Club locations.

Fee Information: $10, $25 or $75 per quarter at the Elementary School locations depending on family’s household income level in addition to a $15 annual Club membership fee at all locations.

Boys & Girls Club of Menasha – Branch Location (600 Racine St.)

Following the Menasha Joint School District’s decision to bring students back at the start of the spring semester on Monday, January 11, 2021, the Boys & Girls Club of Menasha will be providing an after-school program for students in grades K-5 from 3 pm – 6 pm, Monday-Friday. In addition to a full day virtual learning support program for students in grades 6-12 on their days of virtual instruction from 7 am – 6 pm. To apply for this program click the link below.

Dinner will be provided for youth daily who are participating in the after-school program. Breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner will be provided for youth daily who are participating in the full-day virtual learning support program. To better ensure the safety of Club Members and staff we will have limited capacity at this location.

After-School Program Fee Information: $15 annual Club membership fee.

Full-Day Virtual Learning Support Fee Information: $10, $25 or $75 per quarter depending on each family’s household income level in addition to a $15 annual Club membership fee.

Boys & Girls Club of Little Chute Elementary

Club programming will operate between the hours of 7:00 – start of the school day, Monday – Friday for the before school program and 3:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, and will follow the early release schedule on Wednesdays for the after school program.

Breakfast and a snack will be provided to youth participating in the morning program. A snack will be provided to youth participating in the afternoon program.

Boys & Girls Club of Little Chute Intermediate

This Club location will be open to serve 5th and 6th graders starting on March 1, 2021. This program is available to all fifth and sixth-grade students, including those who do not attend Little Chute Intermediate School. Click the button below to apply to have your youth attend this Club location. Club programming will operate between the hours of 3:20 – 6:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday.

Membership at this school-based Club will be FREE for the 2020-2021 school year.  More information for the 2021-2022 school year will be shared at a later date. A snack will be provided to youth participating in the afternoon program.
