The Boys & Girls Club of Wilson, an AASD 21st Century Community Learning Center/Extended Day Learning Program, provides before and after school high-quality youth development programming for all youth in grades 6-8, including for students who are not enrolled at Wilson Middle School. The BGC of Wilson Middle School is moving into its 2nd year with the 21st Century Community Learning Grant. With this grant, we will be able to continue to provide more amazing academic opportunities for our Club members at Wilson. This grant will also help our members meet local student standards in core subjects such as literacy and other educational services.

School Year Program registration is now open, we hope your youth will join us at Club this school year!
Learn More & RegisterClub Ins & Outs:
Check in: Check in is located in the LMC (Library). Members are expected to be signed in by 7:30am or 3:30pm respectively unless otherwise discussed with the director.
**Once students are checked into Club, they are checked in until either picked up or leaving for the day with parent permission (members cannot leave and come back, unless there is an appt. or circumstance discussed with the director ahead of time).
Pickup: Parents/authorized pickup people (if required) can enter through the main (front) door or call/text our Club cell phone to have their children sent out.
Middle school only: Your child is allowed to sign themselves out without a parent phone call, unless in 6th grade or discussed directly with the director. Parents of 6th graders who would like their member(s) to be able to sign themselves out can sign a release form.
Fee Structure:
There is no fee for youth to attend this Club location.
Medication Administration:
If your child needs to take medication during Club hours, please contact your Unit Director to complete the forms needed. We cannot use the same medication form approval that is provided to the school district. Any medications taken at Club must be in a separate bottle with Club forms filled out by a physician and parent/guardian.
Important Dates & Special Hours:
The Boys & Girls Club of Wilson is closed the first Friday of each month from September – May to dedicate to staff development. The Boys & Girls Club of Wilson is always closed on any AASD no-school days but all BGCFV Club members are eligible to attend the Appleton Club on any no-school days.
- Late Starts: The Boys & Girls Club of Wilson will continue to provide before-school programming on AASD Late Start days only for Club members who register to attend in advance.
