2024-2025 School Year Program Registration
School Year Program registration is now open, we hope your youth will join us at Club this school year!
Learn More & RegisterClub Ins & Outs:
Check in: Check in is located in the cafeteria. Members are expected to be signed in by 7:30am or 3:30pm respectively unless otherwise discussed with the director.
**Once students are checked into Club, they are checked in until either picked up or leaving for the day with parent permission (members cannot leave and come back, unless there is an appt. or circumstance discussed with the director ahead of time).
Pickup: Parents/authorized pickup people (18+ years old) can enter through Door 3.
Medication Administration:
If your child needs to take medication during Club hours, please contact your Director to complete the forms needed. We cannot use the same medication form approval that is provided to the school district. Any medications taken at Club must be in a separate bottle with Club forms filled out by a physician and parent/guardian.
Fee Structure:
These fees apply to each child age 7 and older. All amounts are charged Semester 1 at sign up and Semester 2 in January 2024.
It is our mission to ensure that we serve the youth in our community who need us most and that a family’s income level is not a barrier to participation. Please contact your Branch Director if you need assistance managing the cost of your child’s participation.
Important Dates & Special Hours:
The Boys & Girls Club of Little Chute Elementary is closed the first Friday of each month from September – May to dedicate to staff development. The Boys & Girls Club of Little Chute Elementary will continue to remain open early on LCASD early release days to accommodate Club members. The Boys & Girls Club of Little Chute Elementary is always closed on any LCASD no-school days.
