Welcome to the Boys & Girls Club of Menasha!

The Boys & Girls Club of Menasha is located in downtown Menasha at 600 Racine Street. This Club is our newest Branch location, built in 2015. During the school year, youth ages 6 and older have the opportunity to be bussed after school from Menasha Joint School District Schools. This Club also houses our Summer Program from June – August.

Caregiver Portal

We’ve launched a Caregiver Portal which will be your one-stop shop for all things related to registrations, payments, youth information, and more. ALL Club families will need to create an account via this Caregiver Portal. To learn more about this and to create an account visit our Caregiver Portal support page.

We are currently not accepting registrations for the current school year. If you would like more information or to be put on a contact list for the 2023-2024 school year please contact your Branch Director.

Important Dates & Special Hours

The Boys & Girls Club of Menasha is closed the first Friday of each month from September – May to dedicate to staff development.  The Menasha Club is always open on MJSD no-school days from 8:00 – 5:30 pm and provides, breakfast, lunch, and snack on these days for all Club members ages 6 – 18. Transportation After School

The BGC provides transportation from the following schools each day to the Menasha BGC at no additional cost, Gegan, Jefferson, Butte Des Morts, Banta, Clovis Grove, and Maplewood.

Page Turners Early Literacy Tutoring Program

Page Turners Early Literacy Tutoring Program provides support for students in grades K-3 who fall below grade level in reading skills.  Tutors and youth meet together on-site for half-hour sessions, twice per week at the Badger, Columbus, Edison, Foster, Highlands, Little Chute Elementary Schools, and at both Appleton and Menasha branches.  Sessions include a Read-Aloud Story, guided reading opportunity for the youth to practice their skills and a comprehension or phonics-focused activity.
