Welcome to the CLUB Teen Center of Appleton!
The CLUB Teen Center of Appleton is located in downtown Appleton at 160 South Badger Avenue. This Club was our premier location, opening in 1999. During the school year youth ages 13 and older have the opportunity to come to The CLUB Teen Center after school from any school district. This Club also houses our Summer Program from June – August.

Caregiver Portal:
We’ve launched a Caregiver Portal which will be your one-stop shop for all things related to registrations, payments, youth information, and more. 2026 Summer Program:
Registration for the 2026 Summer Teen Program is now open! Teen summer membership is $5. Any Club member entering 7th grade will be eligible to join the Teen Center. This year’s program will once again feature a wide-ranging array of fun and exciting programs. Sports and recreation, Fine arts, small group discussions, leadership and community service, STEM & Workforce Readiness, Career Launch and much, much more will be among the many opportunities available again this year.
When: June 8th – August 20th between 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday (Club will be closed June 26th, July 3rd, 17th, and August 7th)
Fee Structure:
The school year membership fee for the CLUB Teen Center is $5.00 per person. There is also a summer membership fee for the CLUB Teen Center, which is also $5 per person.
Medication Administration:
If your child needs to take medication during Club hours, please contact your Director to complete the forms needed. We cannot use the same medication form approval that is provided to the school district. Any medications taken at Club must be in a separate bottle with Club forms filled out by a physician and parent/guardian.
Important Dates & Special Hours:
The CLUB Teen Center of Appleton is closed the first Friday of each month from September – May to dedicate to staff development. The Appleton Club is always open on AASD no-school days from 8:00 – 5:30 pm and provides, breakfast, lunch, and snack on these days for all Club members ages 6 – 18.
