The Boys & Girls Club of Kiel Middle School provides high-quality after-school youth development programming for all youth in grades 5th- 8th, including students who are not enrolled at Kiel Middle School.

School Year Program registration is now open, we hope your youth will join us at Club this school year!

There is no fee for youth to attend this Club location.
Club Ins & Outs:
Check In: Check in is located in the library. Members are expected to be signed in by 3:30 respectively unless otherwise discussed with the director. Members who participate in clubs or regularly see a teacher before coming to Boys & Girls Club should notify the director that they will be checking in to Club later.
**Once students are checked into Club, they are checked in until either picked up or leaving for the day with parent permission (members cannot leave and come back, unless there is an appt. or circumstance discussed with the director ahead of time
Pickup: Parents/authorized pickup people (18+ years old) can enter through the middle door in the back of the school or call/text our Club cell phone to have their children sent out.
While completing your membership in the Caregiver Portal please be sure to review the family handbook and member agreement, as your family will be held accountable to the expectations listed there.
Medication Administration:
If your child needs to take medication during Club hours, please contact your Director to complete the forms needed. We cannot use the same medication form approval that is provided to the school district. Any medications taken at Club must be in a separate bottle with Club forms filled out by a physician and parent/guardian.
Important Dates & Special Hours:
The Boys & Girls Club of Kiel Middle School is always closed on any Kiel no-school days but all BGCFV Club members are eligible to attend the Appleton or Menasha Club on any no-school days if the no-school days align between districts.
